Stainless Deep Pressing

Round, ultra-difficult tapering shapes made from very thick material can all be deep-pressed by us at KATO MFG.CO.,LTD. with our highly developed expertise and experience.

Our expertise also extends to hard material and material prone to faulting such as stainless. We do not machine thick stainless (in the region of 2.8mm) but press then finish. This reduces costs.

We exploit the ductility and malleability of the materials we use to maximum effect to produce the shapes our customers want. Surface wrinkles and warps are reduced and, in tandem with uniform thickness and high finish, our products are to a very high standard.
